Welcome to the WomWon Charitable Foundation

WomWon is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to serving talented women in business and the arts. 

 

WomWon provides scholarships, stipends, mentoring, coaching and start-up capital for aspiring female entrepreneurs.

Our founders strongly believe in the power of financial literacy, awareness and independence.  It is our sincere desire to help bring an end to inequality across all segments in society.

WomWon helps women build confidence, gain career skills, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency through community, education, and opportunity.

WomWon Services

1. Career Development & Job Readiness
We offer hands-on workshops, personalized coaching, résumé support, interview preparation, and training in essential career skills: 

  • One-on-one career coaching

  • Professional résumé and LinkedIn development

  • Interview practice with industry mentors

  • Job placement referrals


2. Skills Training & Education
We partner with educators and industry experts to provide training that opens doors to sustainable employment and advancement. Training includes:

  • Digital and Financial Literacy

  • Professional communication

  • Leadership development

3. Financial Independence & Self-Sufficiency Support
We help women build the knowledge and habits that lead to long-term stability. Support includes:

  • Budgeting and money-management classes

  • Credit-building guidance

  • Access to financial counselors

  • Tools for long-term planning 
     

4. Mentorship & Community Networking
No woman succeeds alone. Our mentorship network connects participants with women leaders, peers, and role models who provide encouragement, insights, and accountability. Benefits include:

  • Monthly mentor/mentee meetings

  • Community events & leadership circles

  • Networking with local professionals

5. Support Services
We recognize that life can present barriers.

We help women overcome challenges that may prevent them from achieving their goals. 

Support varies by location and may include:

  • Childcare assistance

  • Transportation stipends

  • Emergency financial help

  • Referrals for mental health and wellness services
